RESPONSIBILITIES:
► Business and financial data compilation and processing, calculation, and analysis of key performance indicators;
► Calculation of break-even of products and services;
► Forecast modelling, budget preparation, analysis, and monitoring;

Risk Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure high quality of risk reporting and analysis function;
- Drive the continued development of operational risk management tools, maintain database of incidents;
- Participate in the Risk committee and prepare the materials;
- Contribute to the development of risk management/appetite framework;
- Participate in the development of procedures and policies of the risk management department;
- Contribute to independent risk reporting to C-level management and regulatory authorities;
- Monitor changes in requirements/guidelines of regulatory authorities (FCA, ECB, other) with regards to risk management function;
- Participate in the financial analysis of counterparties and issuers of securities;
- Participate in the development of risk management models/ stress-testing;
- Participate in business continuity planning and recovery planning;

WE EXPECT:
- Understanding the regulatory environment of financial institutions (experience in the payment/ e-money institution environment would be considered as advantage) and emerging trends to support financial and operational risk management;
- Higher education with preferred specialization in finance, economics, mathematics or similar;
- Language ability: English at an advanced level (reading normative documents/ writing for C-level management);
- Proven experience working with financial risks, operational risk, regulatory compliance, or Treasury and Finance related processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and quality;

Kotlin Backend Developer
What you’ll be working with
- The foundation of our stack is Kotlin/JVM and Spring Boot If you haven’t tried Kotlin before, don’t worry: it’s very quick and straightforward to learn when coming from Java;
- Our backend platform is composed of stateless RESTful web services;
- We use PostgreSQL without an ORM and write native SQL queries with compile-time checking, making full use of its features;
- We run everything in Docker containers and orchestrate using Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform;
- We take testing seriously and have a fully-audited, streamlined CI/CD process that allows us to make daily releases across many projects;
- Although you will primarily be responsible for the backend, we don’t limit the preferred scope of work for our developers: if you want to contribute to the frontend or our infrastructure, you can;

Financial Specialist
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments;
- Ensure fund transfers to support customer payments;
- Processing and reconciliation of bank statements;
- Processing of payment card transactions, preparation of reports and execution of transactions in the company’s internal accounting system;
- Registration of new card accounts and closing card accounts in the company’s internal accounting systems;
- Settlements with international payment systems (MasterCard / Visa) and preparation of relevant reports;
- Support the head of the correspondent relationship and ensure oversight and ongoing review of existing business relations with financial Institutions;
- Perform other duties in the field of the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing in accordance with the external and internal laws and regulations related to customer payments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business;
- Experience in the field of financial institution relations;
- Knowledge of SWIFT standards;
- Knowledge of AML / KYC requirements;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with systems such as CRM, SWIFT, Alliances and the like.
