    Responsibilities:

    • Job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital platforms focusing mainly on high-volume recruitment;
    • Provide comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, ensuring effective attraction of human resources according to company’s objectives and compliance requirements;
    • Assemble and provide data and statistics related to recruitment for key stakeholders;
    • Analyze, improve and monitor the process of exit interviews;
    • Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful.

     

    We expect:

    • 2+ years proven hands on experience in HR and/or Recruitment, preferably in a large company;
    • Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles;

    Responsibilities:

    • Propose, coordinate, implement and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies;
    • Risk, Threat and Vulnerability assessment of enterprise applications;
    • Risk assessment, threat modeling, policy development, access control design;
    • Day to day monitoring and identifying vulnerabilities and resolving them with a highly qualified IT team;
    • Performing penetration tests and remediation plans development;
    • Working closely with all the stakeholders for implementation of security standards and processess;
    • Share security knowledge across the organization.

     

    We expect:

    • Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field;
    • 3+ years of proven experience in the field of cybersecurity;
    • Good understanding of general security concepts including threat, vulnerability, risk, segregation of duties, access control policy types, cryptography concepts, and practical implementations;
    • Experience with information security standards and regulations;

    Responsibilities:

    • Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies (PSD2, AML, GDPR, etc.);
    • Create and implement regulatory policies and procedures in the area of responsibility, to support another Departments in creation of the policies and procedures;
    • Participate in creation of the new products;
    • Perform various general administrative duties, collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance;
