  • Financial Analyst

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ►Business and financial data compilation and processing, calculation, and analysis of key performance indicators;
    ► Calculation of break-even of products and services;
    ► Forecast modelling, budget preparation, analysis, and monitoring;
    ► Participation in business optimisation projects (project efficiency assessment, break-even calculation, modelling, and algorithm definitions);
    ► Consolidated and FinRep reporting, financial and performance reports to management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ► Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field;
    ► Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and business planning, analysis and control, experience with finance and banking business is considered as an advantage;
    ► Knowledge of financial and managerial accounting;
    ► Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
    ►Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills;

  • Risk Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure high quality of risk reporting and analysis function;
    • Drive the continued development of operational risk management tools, maintain database of incidents;
    • Participate in the Risk committee and prepare the materials;
    • Contribute to the development of risk management/appetite framework;
    • Participate in the development of procedures and policies of the risk management department;
    • Contribute to independent risk reporting to C-level management and regulatory authorities;
    • Monitor changes in requirements/guidelines of regulatory authorities (FCA, ECB, other) with regards to risk management function;
    • Participate in the financial analysis of counterparties and issuers of securities;
    • Participate in the development of risk management models/ stress-testing;
    • Participate in business continuity planning and recovery planning;
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks when required by direct manager.

    WE EXPECT:

    • Understanding the regulatory environment of financial institutions (experience in the payment/ e-money institution environment would be considered as advantage) and emerging trends to support financial and operational risk management;

  • Backend Developer

    Technologies you’ll be working with:

    — The core of our business logic is written in Kotlin and Spring Boot.

    — We also have services written in Go and newer ones written in Rust.

    — We intend to gradually phase-out Go code.

    — We use PostgreSQL without an ORM and write native SQL queries with compile-time checking, making full use of its features.

    — We run everything in Docker containers and orchestrate using Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform.

    — Although you will primarily be responsible for the backend, we don’t limit the preferred scope of work for our developers: if you want to contribute to the frontend or our infrastructure, you can.

    Our hiring process:

    2. If we feel like you could be a good fit, we invite you to an interview where you’ll be able to tell us more about yourself and ask questions. The interview is conducted remotely over Google Meet.
    3. We give you a take-home assignment that’s representative of the kind of work you will be doing here at Bilderlings. It takes a couple of hours to complete and we don’t impose a deadline.
    4. When you feel like you’re done with the assignment, you send it in and we invite you to a technical interview. During the interview we discuss your approach and choices, as well as evaluate your understanding of the tools and technologies you’ve applied in your solution.
    5. We get back to you in 1–2 working days with a final verdict.

  • Ongoing Customer Due Diligence Analyst

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform ongoing customer due diligence;
    • Efficiently gathering and analyzing information on the business activity of clients;
    • Carry out in-depth research of customers and their transactions and its documentation;
    • Have knowledge of legal corporate documents, DD methods, typologies of unusual activities;
    • Report on any suspicion or discrepancy to the MLRO;
    • Observe terms of DD;
    • Assess customer ML/TF and sanction’s risk;
    • Participate in training and provide feedback.
