You do not need to visit the company in person – everything is done remotely, online. Our Startup team will prepare all the documentation and submit it for registration in the chosen jurisdiction. We can also open a business account straight away.

If you are a Bilderlings client, go to the “Services” section in your Dashboard or app and submit a company registration application.

If you are not yet a Bilderlings client, just sign up on our platform. It’s very easy – enter your contact details and voila. Then log in, go to the “Services” section and submit your company creation application.

Please specify the following information in your company creation application:

• jurisdiction of the future company; type of company (Ltd, LLP); description of the company business areas; countries where you plan to conduct business; company name.

Please also attach the following documents:

• passport photo; selfie with the passport; document confirming the place of residence (utility bill).

Additional documents may be required during the company registration process.

It usually takes up to 10 business days to register a company and prepare all the documents. However, this depends on several factors, e.g. all documents and information have not been provided in full and correctly, or the chosen company name has not yet been approved, or the regulating authority has additional questions.

We can currently offer company registration in the following countries:

• United Kingdom;
• Republic of Ireland;
• Republic of Cyprus;
• Hong Kong.

We register limited liability companies (Ltd) and limited liability partnerships (LLP).

Our Startup team will keep in touch with you throughout the registration process. You will be notified when the company has been registered and all the paperwork is ready.
