Responsibilities

The full scope of the duties depends on the profile of the successful candidate.
Development and enhancement of the Compliance system.

For the legal profile:

  • Advisory, regulatory horizon scanning around various jurisdictions, gaps’ assessment and implementation of relevant enhancement across Bilderlings.
  • Drafting of opinions, policies, procedures, minutes of the committees and/or forums.
  • Coordination and responding of the inquiries of the correspondent banks and vendors, maintenance of the actual due diligence questionnaires, surveys, forms.

 

  • Policies and procedures management, maintenance of various registers.
  • Perform various general administrative duties, collaborate with stakeholders to create a culture of compliance, or to execute job
    duties.
  • Gather or assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory inquiries and inspections, internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a fintech that has scaled/related field is an advantage, however under the certain conditions the role could be suitable for the entry level also.
  • Bachelor/master’s degree in law or economics or business is preferable. Could be last course student.
  • Strong communication skills. Stakeholders’ centric approach.
  • Accuracy, attention to details, analytical skills.
  • Time management and ability to work with big volume of information.
  • Strong Computer literacy. MS office is a must. Advance Excel knowledge and/or experience in AI usage is an advantage.
  • English language – advanced. Writing skills (C1, C2) is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments.
  • Ensure the fund transfer to support customer payments.
  • Processing and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Processing of payment card transactions, preparation of reports and execution of
    transactions in the company’s internal accounting system.
  • Registration of new card accounts and closing card accounts in the company’s internal accounting systems.
  • Settlements with international payment systems (MasterCard / Visa) and preparation
    of relevant reports.
  • Support the head of the correspondent relationship and ensure oversight and ongoing review of existing business relations with financial Institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business.
  • Experience in the field of financial institution relations.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT standards.
  • Knowledge of AML / KYC requirements.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with systems such as CRM, SWIFT, Alliances
    and the like.
  • English language – advanced.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in headhunting for at least 2 years.
  • Experience with different recruitment tools and platforms, as well as with social media sites LinkedIn, etc.

Bilderlings is a financial services provider building modern fintech solutions. We are one of the UK fintech market leaders, offering fast crossborder payments, multi-currency accounts, and debit cards for private and business clients.

We are currently looking for QA engineers with Java experience to help us improve and evolve our products. You will be joining a small, productive development team, where everyone has a say in how we organize our work and engineer our product.

What you’ll be working with

  • We perform both manual and automated testing of frontend, backend, and mobile applications.
  • Our E2E automation tests are built using Kotlin, Selenide, and REST Assured. If you haven’t tried Kotlin before, don’t worry: it’s very quick and straightforward to learn when coming from Java.
  • We also use JavaScript and k6 for load testing.
  • We use Jenkins and Kubernetes to provide a fully-audited, streamlined CI/CD process that allows us to make daily releases across many projects.
  • QA works in a tight feedback loop with developers and PMs to ensure that our products are tested according to requirements.

Our hiring process

1. You send us your CV. In your CV we specifically look for your total years of experience in the industry, your responsibilities at your current or last place of work, and your education. It would be great if you also include a list of technologies you personally enjoy working with.
2. We pick up your CV and invite you to an interview with some of the teammates where you’ll be able to tell us more about yourself and ask questions. The interview is conducted remotely over Google Meet.
3. If we feel like you could be a good fit, we give you a take-home assignment, without a deadline.
4. When you finish the assignment, you send it in, and we invite you to a technical interview.
5. We get back to you within one workweek with a final verdict.

Key Responsibilities

The employee’s responsibilities will vary depending on their experience and may include:

  • Ensuring the high quality of risk reporting and analysis functions.
  • Engaging in the financial analysis of counterparties and the analysis of financial
    instruments.
  • Assisting in the development of risk-based models and stress-testing.
  • Contributing to business continuity and recovery planning.
  • Participating in the Risk Committee meetings and preparing relevant materials.

We Expect:

  • A higher education degree, preferably specializing in finance, statistics,
    mathematics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English: reading regulatory documents and written
    communication with C-level management.
  • Experience in financial analysis and the analysis of financial instruments will be
    highly valued.
  • Prior experience in statistical analysis and risk-based model implementation
    would be an advantage.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with databases, SQL,
    Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and
